Kerry Bolton is an entrepreneur, investor and advocate, best known as the founder of Caring Lotus, a registered NDIS provider in Werribee. She already had the experience behind a strong personal brand: a career in systems and process improvement, an established care business, and personal recognition that includes a Gold award for Best Female Entrepreneur at the 2024 Stevie Awards for Women in Business.
Westend Digital helped build a distinct public presence around her. We designed and developed her personal website, produced her personal branding photography and video, and manage her Facebook and Instagram. Between January 2025 and September 2026, her two accounts published 561 pieces of content, most of them created and scheduled by us. That content generated more than 135,000 impressions and over 6,500 likes, comments and shares, at an engagement rate of 4.9%.

A founder and the company they lead are connected, but they are not the same brand. Caring Lotus needs to show its services, its staff and its work with participants and families. Kerry's personal brand has a different job: to show the person behind the business, including her experience, her views on leadership and the disability sector, and the life she leads outside work.
The opportunity was to give Kerry a public presence that stood independently of Caring Lotus. Her experience, leadership perspective and professional ambitions needed somewhere to exist under her own name, rather than being communicated mainly through the business she founded.
We found it helpful to separate the two roles clearly.
Caring Lotus communicates:
• the services it provides
• its team and support workers
• community activities and events
• updates for participants, families and referrers
Kerry's personal brand communicates:
• her experience building and leading a business
• her perspective on the NDIS and the wider sector
• leadership, mentoring and professional development
• speaking, recognition and life beyond work
The two overlap and support each other, but neither should simply repeat the other.

We designed and developed kerry-bolton.com.au on WordPress as a home for Kerry's own profile. It presents her as an entrepreneur, investor and advocate, and acknowledges Caring Lotus without making the site about the company.
The site gives each part of her profile its own space: her story on the About page, her awards and media features, a gallery, and a Speaking page with three signature talks on business growth, personal development for leaders, and leading social change. Event organisers can enquire about booking her directly. The social channels create visibility, and the website gives people somewhere to go to understand who she is.

A personal brand depends on the person being visible, so the imagery had to be of Kerry herself, not stock. Through our sister brand Westend Photography, we photographed and filmed Kerry for her personal brand. Those images now carry her website and give her social channels a consistent, professional look alongside the everyday content.

We manage Kerry's Facebook and Instagram, creating and scheduling most of what she publishes. Kerry also posts herself, which is how a personal account should work: the person stays in it. Her content covers four broad areas:
Leadership and business growth: building a business, mentoring and the programs shaping her as a leader
NDIS experience: practical lessons from founding and running a provider, shared in her own voice rather than the company's
NDIS experience: practical lessons from founding and running a provider, shared in her own voice rather than the company's
Life outside work: personal milestones that keep the account human

The figures below cover Kerry's Facebook and Instagram accounts and are reported through GoHighLevel Social Planner. They include everything published on those accounts, most of it created by us and some posted by Kerry herself.

Facebook generated more impressions, with 75,280 compared with Instagram's 59,740. Instagram generated proportionally more recorded interaction, with a 5.6% engagement rate by impressions compared with Facebook's 4.3%. Kerry's two accounts have 1,071 followers between them (463 on Facebook and 608 on Instagram), and GoHighLevel recorded 279 new follows across the two during the reporting period.

The five most-engaged posts in the period ranged from personal to professional: two posts about Kerry's wedding, which she shared herself; reflections on two leadership programs with her mentor; and a video of Kerry sharing practical advice on starting an NDIS business.
That range is part of what makes the account work as a personal brand. Kerry's profile has room for both professional expertise and life outside work without becoming another company feed. The managed content creates consistency, while Kerry's own posts help keep the account recognisably hers.

Personal branding works when there is something real underneath it. Kerry already had the experience, recognition and opinions. Our job was to give them a consistent public shape: a website that explains who she is, imagery that looks like her, and a steady flow of content that keeps her visible.
The hardest discipline was keeping her personal channels from becoming another Caring Lotus feed. The company has its own voice and purpose. Kerry's brand gives her room to talk about leadership, the NDIS, professional growth and her own life under her own name, and that separation is what lets each brand strengthen the other.

Every business has different objectives. We match the right campaign type — or combination of types — to your specific goals and budget.

Step 1
Audit existing Meta Pixel or install fresh.
Verify standard events, set up Conversions API for server-side tracking, connect to GA4 for cross-channel attribution.
No campaign launches without verified event data.

Step 2
Analyse existing customer data, website analytics, and Meta audience insights.
Build three-tier audience map:
cold (interest/demographic/lookalike),
warm (website visitors, video viewers, page engagers),
hot (customer list, recent enquirers).

Step 3
Develop creative brief for each campaign based on target audience and objective.
In-house production available via Westend Photography where scoped.

Step 4
Full campaign structure in Meta Ads Manager.
2 to 3 ad sets per campaign testing different audience hypotheses.
2 to 3 creative variants per ad set.
Clean structure enabling testing without audience overlap.

Step 5
All ad copy written per audience segment:
cold copy educates and intrigues.
warm copy reminds and reassures.
hot copy creates urgency.
Specific CTAs, not generic Learn More.

Step 6
Monitor spend, CPM, CTR, and early conversion signals daily.
Avoid significant changes during learning phase.
Budget managed carefully for efficient algorithm learning.

Step 7
Budget reallocation from underperforming to overperforming ad sets.
New creative variants introduced regularly.
Every change logged with reason and expected outcome

Step 8
Report covers: spend, leads or purchases, cost per result, ROAS, creative performance, audience performance, and 30-day forward plan.
No hidden fees, no junior account managers, no black-box reporting. Here's exactly what you get.
