We maintain transparency in our transaction and refund policy. If you fail to place a full refund request within 48 hours of the project starting, we won’t approve it. You can’t ask for a refund once we take your project on board or after it starts delivering results.
However, you may request a cancellation before the project starts delivering results. Depending on the condition, you may receive partial refunds.

We will process your refund within 14 business days using your payment method. If your method changes, you must notify us within 02 days from the date of your application.
